If you feel for whatever reason that our products aren’t for you, don’t worry we can help with that. Send your items back within 7 days after the date of shipment for a credit note. 

As standard and due to the products we sell being purchased to order, we do not offer refunds as they are sourced individually to order; so please be sure you are happy with your purchase before placing an order.

If you require a credit note, remember that all returned items must be in their original, unworn condition including tags in order to classify as deadstock. If they have been worn, tried on, tags removed or the box is damaged in anyway that prevents it from being sold as deadstock, we will not credit the item with an credit note and return it back to you. 

Any items returned after 7 days of purchase are eligible only for online store credit in the form of a voucher code. Please note this policy is only valid within 30 days of the original purchase.

If items are not sent back in their original, unworn state they are unfortunately not eligible for an exchange unless a manufacturing fault has occurred outside of your control. Please note a decision to refund is subject to our inspection of the items once returned.

Note: All items subjected to offers or reductions are deemed as final sale items. As such, no credits are available as policy.

This includes discount codes and sale items. 

All our items are verified. We will not accept returns stipulating that they are not, given we go through a rigorous validation processes and they are validated with our partners and through numerous data points and legitimacy checking.

In line with our agreement with our suppliers, you agree not to sell these trainers on to other retailers for profit and are to be used for personal use. 


Unfortunately we currently cannot offer free exchanges or credit notes on international orders. You will be responsible for the postage costs for returns and exchanges.
