How do I place an order?

Browse items for sale, select your size and style and pay via our secure online checkout. If there is something you want that we don't stock, fill in our contact form and your message will go to one of our concierge and we'll get on it straight away. If you have an account, by hitting Wishlist it automatically adds this shoe to your profile.

How are you able to offer trainers below market resell price?

We work with some of the most reputable resellers in the UK as well as overseas and we have great people in place that work closely with some big retailers. The trainer resell market has exploded meaning inflated prices - we acquire these higher than retail but below market equilibrium so we can offer you the best price around.

 Can you give me more information about the sneakers?

 All our sneakers are sourced from boutiques, private sellers and retailers including Stock X and GOAT. We only buy 100% authentic DEADSTOCK trainers that have traceability (their original receipt) as well as trainers that are verified by Stock X and GOAT.

Can I track my order ?

 Yes, we offer next day special delivery once items arrive at our warehouse. They are repackaged and sealed with our exclusive GCH delivery boxes and include you invoice and receipt. We then email you the tracking number. All our products are insured up to £1000 once sent.

Can I cancel my order?

 For sneakers, you may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the GCH - whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or GCH has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. Contact us referencing your unique buyer code.

How do I pay for my items if I don't pay through the website?

 We offer payment through PayPal. Details of how to pay are given in your order form - we will send you a request for payment through PayPal and once it is received, we will start your order.

Are the sneakers authentic?

 We work hard to ensure all items sold on GCH are 100% authentic and offer an Assurance of Authenticity. If we determine items you purchase are inauthentic or they are not as described, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund and will not send the items onto you.

How long does shipping take?

 While most orders are shipping on-time, due to COVID-19 and government restrictions, your order may experience some shipping and fulfillment delays. We appreciate your patience. Shipping is free.

All sneaker items are shipped to us first for authentication and verification before being delivered to you. It will typically take 7-10 business days (M-F) for sneaker orders to be delivered to a buyer located in the UK, since it takes approximately 3-4 business days to get to us, 1-2 business days to authenticate and 3-4 business days to ship to you.

What is your concierge service?

Our concierge service is our team of specialist client handlers; they speak to you, take your details and inform you every step of the way of how your order is going. The are your personal client liaisons and they are there for you, no matter what you need any time.
